• <br />U <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION #660 <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #630 <br />THAT AMENDED SECTION XIV <br />CITY OF ORONO PERSONNEL POLICY <br />WHEREAS, Section XIV of the City of Orono Personnel <br />Policy is amended to read, "All employees shall retire upon <br />reaching age 62 providing that the employee has at least <br />three -years service credit with the P.E.R.A. as enacted under <br />Chapter 183 of the 1975 Minnesota Legislature." <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held January 26, 1976. <br />Robert L.
