( <br />The temporary accessory structure shall meet all <br />required setbacks of the RR~1B Zoninq District and for <br />oversized accessory structures. <br />4.The City Council finds that grantinq a conditional use <br />permit to allow the temporary installation of a qreenhouse <br />on the property will not be detrimental to the health, <br />safety or general welfare of the public, would net adversely <br />affect light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to <br />neighboring properties, nor will it depreciate surrounding <br />property values and that the proposed level of use of the <br />pi^operty will be in keeping with the intent and objectives <br />of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br />5.The City Council has considered this application including <br />the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, <br />reports by staff and comments of the applicant and che <br />effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare <br />of the community. <br />COHCLOSIONS, ORDRR AMD COMDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br />Council hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning <br />Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3A to permit the temporary use of <br />e 14x100* greenhouse at a maximum height of 10' on the property <br />located at 2645 Watertown Road subject to the following conditions* <br />1.The temporary greenhouse shall be installed on the p^'^perty <br />from March 15th through July 15th. When not in use, the <br />structure shall be taken down and stored in a secluded <br />wooded area of the property. <br />2.The temporary use of the property is approved based on the <br />site plan included as page 6 of this resolution.
