Total proposed <br />project involves the filling of 700 cubic yards of fill to expand <br />shoulder area of Fox Street, <br />Section 10.55, Subdivision 8 - Pilling will take place <br />within a portion of a protected DNR wetland and City designated <br />wetland where no filling activities are allowed. Staff must ask that <br />the permit not be scheduled for review and action by the Council <br />until the DNR and MCWD have had adequate time to review the <br />proposal. <br />The project is to be completed by Public Works personnel. <br />All work shall follow the guidelines set forth in the City <br />Engineer's report and performed per final approved plans^ for th** <br />expansion of the roadbed. Erosion control shall be maintained <br />through the entire project until disturbed area is restored to <br />natural state. The Planning Commission may wish to add other <br />conditions to the approval. <br />jib
