Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(*#15) YARDNASTE PROGRAM SCHEDULE <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to approve the <br />yardwaste program and schedule for 1992. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(#16) DATE ~ COUNCIL WORK SESSION - <br />(#17) DATE - ASSESSMENT HEARING - <br />STUBBS BAY SEWER <br />After some discussion it was decided to schedule the Council work <br />session for April 1, 1992 at 3:00 p.m. and the assessment hearing <br />for May 4, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. <br />(#18) BID AWARD UTILITY TRACTOR <br />Moorse presented a memo from Gerhardson dated March 18, 1992 listing <br />bids for replacement of the utility tractor and mower for the Public <br />Works Department. He recommended that the low bid be accepted from <br />Scharber and Sons for an amount not to exceed $23,896.00 but delay the <br />purchase until more information is received regarding the State's <br />budget problems and the effect it would have upon the City. <br />Goetten stated that she was not going to approve the purchase unt^l <br />the financial matters regarding the City facility were set. <br />Gerhardson explained that he asked for an extension until May 1st <br />before placing an order and that Scharber and Sons was in agreement.
