The culvert underneath the railroad tracks is in question <br />and the only culvert they are aware of has been found and he is not <br />sure if there is another one. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the shoulders were required to be B' wide. <br />Gerhardson answered that the standard shoulder is 8* wide but is not <br />sure if that can be accomplished. The work will be done in stages and <br />will not exceed 8'. <br />Goetten asked if any neighbors had shown any concern.
