Bids for placing the culvert came in very high and staff <br />was directed to pursue an alternative. <br />V,The City forces can place the pipe only for a cost of approximately <br />$5#000.00. <br />,:V Vy; i. ■ <br />m <br />■ .< 1 >1 <br />This cost does not include the baffle weir at the inlet to the <br />culvert.
