The applicant Is <br />requesting the dead! ne be extended for one year. Moorse indicated <br />the following issues of concern: newly adopted shoreland <br />regulations; and park dedication ordinance. The City Attorney has <br />opined that original park dedication ordinance would still apply <br />for the appI I cation. <br />Carlson noted the proposed 12 lots are in the s' .them portion of <br />the property, and the southern bypass goes right though the <br />property. He felt that a yea** would not resolve the issue. <br />Goetten noted that the City is pushing MnDot to pick a preferred <br />corridor, precisely because of situations I ike this one. <br />Ik ./w
