The Planning Commission held a public hearing for the proposed changes in Chapter 78- Zoning, <br />on February 20, 2024. The Commission reviewed the proposed changed and discussed the fence <br />monument amendments. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />amendments with a vote of 4 to 0. <br />5.Public Comment: <br />One public commend was submitted in reference to the the streets chapter regarding the definition <br />on Right of Way.
