But at the same time interest rates have increased. It is <br />looking like interest rates have leveled off and will be lowered in the spring. With that in <br />mind we are working now with our contractors at repricing the project. Again, it is our <br />hopes to move forward in the spring. <br /> <br />We are looking forward to building a quality product for Orono and its residents as soon <br />as possible.
