We also understand the City has confirmed that all existing structures are permitted to remain <br /> and the Proposed Re-Zoning would bring the four Properties into conformity with the lot size and width <br /> requirements under the Orono Zoning Code. We also understand the Larsons plan to split the portion of <br /> their lot south of the lagoon from the portion of the lot north of the lagoon and any transfer of the northern <br /> parrcel will be by deed with a negative covenant prohibiting any non-residential use.
