Section 78-1511 shall be amended by deleting the strikethrough text and adding <br />the underlined text to read as follows <br />Sec. 78-1511. Setbacks for parking. <br />Required off-street parking in all districts shall meet the following setback requirements: <br />(1) R districts. Within all R districts, all vehicles normally owned or kept by the occupants <br />on the premises must have a garage stall or open parking space on the same lot as the <br />principal use served. Garage stalls accessory to residential structures may be located to <br />within ten feed of an interior side lot line and to within ten feed of an interior side lot <br />line and to within ten feed of a rear lot line subject to this chapter. Open parking spaces <br />on lots must have a location other than a required yard, except that such parking may <br />be located in a rear yard to within ten feet of an interior side lot line and to within ten <br />five feet of a rear lot line. All vehicle parking must be on an approved hard surface. <br />(2) B districts. Within the B-2 district parking may shall not be allowed in a required yard <br />or landscaping area. Within the B-1, B-3 and B-4 districts, parking spaces and/or <br />garages shall be located in areas other than a required yard; except that open, off-street <br />parking spaces may be located in a rear yard to within three feet of the rear or side lot <br />line unless the rear or side lot line is in common with an R district; in which case the <br />setback distance shall be the same as required for the R district. All vehicle parking <br />must be on an approved hard surface. <br />(3) I Industrial districts. All off-street parking spaces shall conform with the requirements <br />of section 78-827 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />SECTION 15.
