Allowing a variance to lot size for Lots <br />#3 and #4. <br />2. Submitting 10% Park Dedication Fees. <br />rZotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />The City Council instructed the Legal Department <br />to draft a letter to Mr. Haefele, 3600 Casco <br />Avenue, inquiring as to the use and intended <br />use of the existing property and buildings. <br />-arles moved, Massengale seconded, to adopt <br />solution #650 for Herrick Circle subject to <br />review by the City Attorney to be submitted <br />for final Council approval at the January 12, <br />1976 meeting. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Information Item <br />Mr. James McCleary is requesting approval of <br />a conditional use permit to repair and renovate <br />the Dahlgren Cleaners building at 2259 Shadywood <br />Road for use as a community hobby and craft <br />training center which is permitted as a conditional <br />use in the LR -1C residential zone. However, <br />he is also requesting approval of over-the- <br />counter sales of the materials used and finished <br />products.
