Ile know you understand <br />our concerns in this matter and our desire for <br />the designation of County Road 015 as a scenic <br />parkcaay. This letter is for the purpose of calling <br />attention to the fact that the proposed map does <br />rot_ =gree in many aspects with Orono's transportation <br />nesds, standards or with our prior convers:.tions <br />=,gardir_g the scenic parkway concept. <br />Coun7ilman Paurus has kept us info-.med regarding <br />40 tho comm4.ttee work and its conceptuE_1 endorsement <br />c:,_ the Ring Route concept. We would hope that the <br />fi_ai_l result will reflect this concept- in road <br />_4M -novo rnant projects and we await your written <br />c.onf irmation of these concepts." <br />Councilman Paurus left the meet;_ng at 9:50 P.M. <br />ii�yor Searles stated that Orono's land use policies <br />:peen approved by the iietro Cou.lcil and <br />adopted by the Planning Commission and the City <br />of 0:_ono.
