C7 <br />RESOLUTION #642 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1976 TAX LEVY <br />COLLECTIBLE IN 1976 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be <br />levied for the current year, collectible in 1976 upon taxable property <br />in the City of Orono, for the following purpose: <br />All All Funds including P.E.R.A. $475,186 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund <br />levy of $34,300 for 1976 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 <br />is unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption <br />Fund levy of $2,100 for 1976 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution #465 <br />is necessary and should be collected. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption <br />Fund levy of $20,000 for 1976 adopted by Resolution #556 on September 10, <br />1974 is necessary and should be collected. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption <br />Fund levy of $79,400 for 1976 adopted by Resolution #552 on August 27, <br />1974 is unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br />The City Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit <br />a certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />special meeting held October 2, 1975. <br />Robert L.
