Subdivider <br />shall have the choice of naming the road within Out lot A and C <br />(refer to original documents). <br />C. FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $300.00 <br />a) Final plat fee « $150.00 <br />b) Legal review and filing fees of $150.00 <br />c) Park dedication fee = $3,200 already paid by subdivider <br />Page 7 of 8
