The applicant is <br />requesting the dead!ine be extended for one year. Moorse indicated <br />the following issues of concern: newly adopted shoreland <br />regulations; and park dedication ordinance. The City Attorney has <br />opined that original park dedication ordinance would still apply <br />for the application. <br />Carlson noted the proposed 12 lots are in the southern portion of <br />the property, and the southern bypass goes right though the <br />property. He felt that a year would not resolve the issue. <br />Goetten noted that the City is <br />corridor, precisely because of <br />pushing MnDot to pick a preferred <br />situations like this one. <br />1 <br />i <br />i <br />I
