Council granted a preliminary <br />approval of my plat, file number 1457. <br />If you will recall, when we took the plat to Council, <br />we knew that there would be a further modificatj “^n. At that <br />time, I had an application before the Corps cf Engineers to <br />receive a permit for a recreational path through the northern <br />portion of the property. It was also our intent to make Outlet B <br />a part of Lot 5, Block 1. With your advice, we decided to ootain <br />a preliminary plat approval and then go back to the Planning <br />Commission and Council to obtain an approval for whatever <br />recreational path the Corps Ot Engineers would grant.
