In the past <br />two years, Dale has helped move <br />WeCAN from our start-u ■ to our <br />current growth phase. <br />As an officer for WeCAN, Dale <br />oversees the operations of the <br />organization, plans for the future <br />and sets policies. He also volun­ <br />teers his help in fund-raising for <br />WeCAN so that we can continue to <br />respond to the community's needs. <br />Dale lives in Orono with his <br />wife, Ann, and their sons, 10-year- <br />old Josh and 4-year-old Sam. Dale <br />owns a plastic injection molding <br />company. Formative Engineering, <br />in Lester Prairie.
