It is recommended that David McNichols be hired <br />effective Monday, March 16, 1992. It is further recommended that <br />because of his three years of experience as a police officer, Mr. <br />McNichols be hired at the 1 year pay step of $13.85 per hour. <br />Council action requested: Motion to approve the hiring of David <br />McNichols as a full time police officer at the 1 year pay step <br />effective March 16, 1992.
