Installation of detention ponds cr.nnot commence until the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has issued a permit. <br />2.Erosion control shall remain intact on the site until all <br />disturbed lands are restored with appropriate ground cover. <br />3.The undersigned have read, understood and hereby agree to <br />the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the City, its <br />successors and assigns hereby agree to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />1992. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 9th day of March, <br />ATTEST; <br />Dorothy M.
