Nonconforming sewage <br />treatment systems will be required to upgrade based on <br />more restrictiv' standards than previously in effect. <br />Subdivisions will continue to be regulated based on <br />suitability of the land for development. <br />Planned Residential Developments (PRD's) within shorelands <br />become more strictly regulated, with development densities <br />consistent with or more restrictive than the standards of <br />underlying zoning district.
