Conditions Attached to Conditional Dse Permits. <br />The City Council upon consideration of the criteria listed above <br />and the purposes of this ordinance, shall attach such conditions to <br />the issuance of the conditional use permits as it deems necessary <br />to fulfill the purposes of this ordinance. Notifications to the Department of Natural <br />Resources. Copies of all notices of any public hearings to <br />consider variances, amendments, or conditional uues under this <br />section must be sent to the Commissioner of the Department of <br />Natural Resources and postmarked at leat^t 10 days before the <br />hearings. Notices of hearing t .» consider proposed <br />subdivisions/pla*'s must Include copies of the subdivision/plat. <br />Upon final action by the City Council, a copy of approved <br />amendsients and subdivisions/plats, and final decisions granting <br />variances or conditional uses under this section roust be sent to <br />the Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources and <br />postmarked within 10 days of final action. <br />Subd. 15. Zoning District Compliance with Minimum <br />Requirements. The zoning district standards of chapter 10 of the <br />Orono Municipal Code currently comply with the lot size, lot width, <br />permitted use and conditional use standards set forth by the <br />Department of Natural Resources Shoreland Management Regulations, <br />MR 6120.2500 - 6120.3900.
