"Bluff* - A topographic feature such as a hill, <br />cliff# or embanJciaent having the following characteristics (an area <br />with an average slope of less than 18% over a distance of 50' or <br />SK>re shall not be considered part of the bluff): <br />A.Part or all of the feature is located in a <br />a^oreland area; <br />B. The slope rises at least 25' above the <br />Ordinary High Water Level of the water body; <br />C. The grade of the slope from the toe of the <br />bluff to a point 25* or more above the Ordinary High Water Level <br />averages 30% or greater; and <br />body. <br />D.The slope must d*-ain toward the water <br />"Toe of the bluff" means the lower point of a 50' segment with an <br />average slope exceeding 18%. "Deck" - A horizontal, unenclosed platform with <br />or without attached railings# seats# trellises# or other features# <br />attached or functionally related to a principal use or site. <br />6. "Duplex# Triplex, Quad" - A dwelling structure <br />on a single lot# having two# three# and four units# respectively# <br />being attached by common walls and each unit equipped with separate <br />sleeping# cooking# eating# living and sanitation facilities. <br />7. "Dwelling Site# Transient" - A designated <br />location for temporary or transient residential use by one or more <br />persons using temporary or movable shelter# including camping and <br />recreational vehicle sites. <br />8. "Dwelling Site" - A designated location where a <br />dwelling unit is intended to be constructed. <br />9. "Dwelling Unit" - A building or a portion of a <br />building designed or intended to be occupied exclusively for <br />residential purposes# including provisions for sleeping# eating# <br />cooking and sanitation for not more than one family# but not <br />■ly
