Council voted 4 to 0 to adopt the <br />attached resolution which approves hardcover and lot coverage <br />variances, and denies a setback variance for the garage built without <br />permits.m <br />Applicant claims she requested Council to table final action on <br />that resolution until her legal counsel could be present. The Minutes <br />do not reflect such a request as part of her discussion.
