Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(♦#18) HIRING OF PART TIME POLICE OFFICERS <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to authorize the <br />hiring of John Schoenhoff and Scott Boris as part-time officers for <br />Orono to begin on Tuesday, February 11, 1992, at a pay rate of <br />$10.30 per hour. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(♦#19) 1991 WAYZATA FIRE CONTRACT <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to approve the 1992 <br />fire service contract with the Wayzata Fire Department. Ayes 4, <br />nays 0. <br />(♦#20) ESTABLISH PUBLIC HEARING DATE YEAR XVZII CDBG PROGRAM <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to conduct a public <br />hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 9, 1992 to receive citizen Input for <br />the Community Development Block Grant Proaram for year XVIII. Ayes <br />4, nays 0. <br />(♦#21) WEST HENNEPIN RECYCLING COMMISSION JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT - <br />RESOLUTION #3084 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolution <br />#3084 approving the extension of the current West Hennepin <br />Recycling Commission Agreement until December 31, 1992.
