He stated that the Council <br />requires residents to uphold the ordinances and felt they should <br />do the same with marina owners. He noted that if the Council is <br />going to allow marinas to have excessive density on their property, <br />It should be acknowledged and monitored, and conditions of such <br />should be incorporated within the license. <br />Callahan noted that the Lake Use Committee was established to <br />review this situation and decide whether to make changes or enforce <br />the current code. <br />Hurr stated that Gayle’s Marina was required to replace trees many <br />years ago, and they have never completed with such requirement. <br />She felt the City should force the marinas to fcI low the ordinances <br />the same as they do the residents. <br />Jabbour suggested tt t licenses approved <br />reviewed by staff fo conditions set for <br />Committee should establish whether <br />reasonabIe. <br />In the past should be <br />each marina, and, the <br />those conditions are <br />Mayor Peterson established the next Lake Use Committee meeting for <br />Thursday, Fepruary 27, 1992 at 7:45 a.m. in the Council Chambers. <br />(*♦12) JOINT USE DOCK LICENSES - RESOLUTIONS #3074, 3076, 3076, <br />3077, 3078, 3079, 3080 & 3081 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt <br />following resolution approving a 1992 Joint Use Dock License: <br />Resolution ♦ <br />the <br />FoxhIII Homeowners’ Association 3074 <br />Minnetonka Power Squadron 3075 <br />Walter’s Port 3076 <br />Sandy Beach 3077 <br />Victoria Estates 3078 <br />Rhode/En1ow/Lindah1 3079 <br />Forest Arms 3080 <br />Navarre Cove 3081 <br />4, nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />A.
