MCCLOUD, BT AL <br />PILB NO. 1661 <br />WBBRBAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />NBBRBAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City Council”) has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br />economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHBRBAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision by Samuel A. McCloud, Big Island Properties, and Harold <br />E. Fames and Patty H. Fames, (hereinafter "the applicants") of <br />properties legally described as follows: <br />That part of Government Lot 3, Section 22, Township <br />117, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying <br />Southerly of a line described as beginning at a <br />point on the East line of said Government Lot 3 <br />distant 26.00 feet South of the East 1/4 corner <br />of said Section 22, thence Southwesterly deflecting <br />to the right 60 degrees to the shore of Lake <br />Minnetonka and said line there terminating, <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />IfBBRBAS, the applicants have completed all requirements of <br />the City for a metes and bounds class 1 subdivision of a lot line <br />rearrangement. <br />MOW, TBBRBFORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD, that the City Cotmcll of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds class 1 subdivision <br />of a lot line rearrangement for Samuel A. McCloud, et al. according to <br />the legal description shown on the Certificate of Survey by OeMars, <br />Gabriel Land Surveyors, Inc. dated January 16, 1984, revised February <br />7, l'i85 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />II’: <br />mm I- ■
