• <br />RESOLUTION #631 <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING HACKBERRY HILLS <br />AREA SEWER HOOKUP <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to protect the health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of the Hackberry Hills area, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has documented a serious <br />raw sewerage pollution problem in that area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that residents of the <br />Hackberry Hills area hookup to sewer within 60 days upon <br />completion of the sewer lines in that area. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held this 28th da of July, 1975. <br />Robert L.
