RESOLUTION NO. C,2r,_ <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL7 <br />USE PERMIT TO WAYZATA YACHT CLUB J�� 1 4 C <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to locate a picnic, playground and beach area on <br />property on Big Island, described in its application filed <br />with the city, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for a permit to <br />construct a dock on that site, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the applicant is granted the requested conditional <br />use permit and permit to construct the dock subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The use of the area shall be limited to members of <br />the Wayzata Yacht Club and their guests. <br />2. No structures may be built on the site except for <br />a dock and a small portable chemical sanitary facility. <br />3. Trash and refuse shall be removed from the site <br />daily by person or persons who brought same to the site. No <br />trash may be allowed to accumulate on the site. <br />4. There may be no removal of vegetation from the site. <br />S. There may be no permanent mooring or docking of <br />any type of boats at the site, with the exception of the <br />owner who may dock his boat subject to other applicable <br />regulations.' <br />6. Any dock constructed or maintained on the site <br />shall conform to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br />Guidelines and the applicable ordinances of the city; the <br />dock is limited to 100 feet in length. <br />
