ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 8, 1975 <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to instruct <br />the legal department and staff to respond to <br />OMr. Thomas Schany, Northdal-e Construction <br />'Company, Inc., concerning failing to submit <br />a schedule of when restoration will begin <br />and be completed in the four areas of the <br />73-1 sewer project as agreed upon by Mr. <br />Schany at the June 24, 1975 Council meeting <br />and also stating concerns of Northdale's <br />failing to act in restoration of the 73-1 <br />sewer construction project. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br />Mr. Bruce Malkerson, Orono City Attorney, <br />reported that information was incomplete at <br />this time concerning Navarre commercial <br />property owners. <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt <br />Resolution #623 instructing staff to prepare <br />for a public hearing August 11, 1975 concerning <br />the Bike/Hike Trail ,Ordinance. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to adopt <br />,Wesolution #624 approving plans and specifications <br />for bituminous surfacing and shouldering on <br />Willow Drive from Fox Street to the Burlington - <br />Northern Railroad Bridge and instructed the <br />City Engineer to submit them to the M.S.A. <br />department for their review and approval. <br />` Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Butler seconded, to extend <br />Gayles Marina license until July 28, 1975, or <br />until such time of his signing all memos and <br />documents, subject to staff approval and <br />directed staff to review requirements with <br />them and issue license upon their acceptance of <br />all requirements contained therein. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to adopt <br />-� Resolution #625, A Resolution Directing Staff To <br />Issue A License To Gayle's Marina For A Commercial <br />Boat Dock Business For The Time Period From May 15, <br />L1 1975 To December 31, 1975 For The Purposes As <br />i Set Forth Herein And Subject To The Conditions <br />U&t Forth Heretn.
