0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 614 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST <br />TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />SANITARY SEWER PROJECT 73-1 <br />WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the construction <br />of sanitary sewer in the City of Orono and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $1,266.483.00 and the expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement <br />amount to $433,517.00 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be $1,700,000.00, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $1,700,000.00. <br />• 2. The city clerk, with the assistance of the city <br />consulting engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the <br />district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br />provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed <br />assessment in his office for public inspection. <br />3. The clerk shall, upon the completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the council thereof. <br />Adopted by the council this 24th day of June, 1975, <br />by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nayes. <br />Robert L.
