Streets <br />Resolution #598, which requests designation <br />of the Watertown Road from Willow Drive to <br />�Orono Orchard Road as a M.S.A. street, to <br />read: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by <br />the City Council that the Watertown Road <br />from Willow Drive (MSA. 101) to the Old <br />Crystal Bay Road (M.S.A. 102) be designated <br />a Municipal State Aid Street (M.S.A.) <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS <br />the M.S.A. plans and specifications for Willow Drive Overlay <br />bituminous surfacing, including blacktop <br />overlay of shoulders on both sides of <br />Willow Drive from Fox Street to the <br />Burlington -Northern railroad bridge. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve LICENSES <br />the following licenses: Motion, Ayes.(4) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />Elmer J.
