ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 13, 1975 <br />Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />transfer of $12,803.30 from the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Fund to the General Fund <br />for Capital Outlay. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br />The Casco Point Deed and Crystal Bay Lake <br />access were deferred until the meeting of <br />May 27, 1975. <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt <br />Resolution #601 Denying Mr. John Morrison's <br />Request For $2,500 Payment From The City Of <br />Orono, For The Removal Of Trees From The <br />Hennepin County Right -Of -Way As Part Of <br />The Sanitary Sewer Project 73-1. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />Searles moved, Butler seconded, to adopt <br />Resolution #602 to grant a variance to <br />31.202 for Arthur Ahlm, 1331 North Arm <br />Drive, Since the present structures and <br />proposed structure would be connected <br />to public sewer,since two buildings on <br />lots now, one will be replaced which will <br />be connected to public sewers. Finding <br />there is no adverse effect on public health, <br />safety or welfare and to issue a conditional <br />use permit subject to: <br />1. Tearing down present structure first. <br />2. Combination of all five lots into one. <br />3. Connecting new building to public sewers <br />before occupancy. <br />4. No rental of guest house. <br />5. No future subdivision or sale of either <br />structure to another party. <br />6. Staff shall file resolution with Register <br />of Deeds and make sure same is included <br />in title. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, that the <br />Navarre Drive-in Theatre license, be <br />approved.
