The house is <br />proposed to be located approximately twenty feet from the north property line (aligning with the <br />north wall of the existing house) and a minimum of twenty-two feet from the southwest property <br />l«ne. This location is five to six feet northeast of the location originally shown on the site plan. <br />A sketch of the proposed location is enclosed. <br />We feel that this proposed location will not adversely affect our property or views of Lake <br />Minnetonka, and that it will minimize damage to the large trees existing on the site. We have no <br />objection to this location. <br />We encourage you to grant an average lake setback variance to the Smiths for the house at this <br />location and allow them to proceed immediately with construction.
