' <br />AND "OPEN SPACE" NEEDS IS A STRONG REASON WIY I ’-'ANT TO SERVE. <br />What is your view of the role of the Coannission? <br />FIRST AND FOREMOST, THE COMMISSION SHOULD BE A SOUNDING BOARD FOR <br />THE RESIDENTS' THOUGHTS CONCERNING THE PARK AND RECREATIONAT <br />FACILITIES. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE COMMISSION FITTER THESE <br />CONCERNS ON TO THE COUNCIL. LONGE-RANGE PLANITING SHOULD BE <br />IMPORTANT PROVIDED IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE MORE PERTINENT <br />ISSUES BEFORE THE COMMISSION.
