SUMMARY ORDINANCE <br />A SOMMARY OP ORDINANCE NO.SECOND SERIES, ADDING SECTION 5.38 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONS 5.37 AND 12.30 OF THE CITY OP ORONO MUNICIPAL <br />CODE RELATING TO ON-SITE SEWAGi' TREATMENT SYSTEM CONTRACTORS, SITE <br />EVALUATORS, AND DESIGNERS, AND REGULATING ON-SITF SEWAGE TREATMENT <br />SYSTEMS GENERALLY. <br />The Council of the City of Orono ordains; <br />T summary text of the above cited ordirancc is approved in the <br />following form; <br />This ordinance affecting the design, construction, <br />installation, operation and maintenance of on-site sewage <br />treatment systems provides for the licensing of on- site <br />sewage treatn.ent systems, site evaluators, designers, and <br />contractors. <br />This ordinance further adopts by reference specific <br />sections of "Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />Hater Quality Division, Individual Sewage Treatment <br />Systems Standards, Chapter 7080". <br />This ordinance shall be available in full printed text for <br />inspection by any interested party during regular office hours at the <br />office of the Orono City Clerk. <br />This ordinance shall be effective upon publication of this <br />Summary Ordinance. <br />Barbara A.
