1. Stubbs Bay - construction of combination gravity and <br />forcemain sewer laterals along Bayside Road and adjacent <br />local streets serving approximately 90 existing units. <br />Anticipated construction year: 1993. (Will require a <br />future MUSA line amendment). <br />2. Highway 12 interceptor - construction of gravity or <br />forcemain interceptor to accommodate anticipated flows from <br />future development along Highway 12. Possible options may <br />include: <br />A. Construction of a gravity interceptor parallel to <br />and in addition to the existing Long Lake bypass. <br />B. Replacement and enlargement of the existing Long <br />Lake bypass. <br />C. Rerouting of all flows from Medina and Orono from <br />the current connection to the Long Lake bypasSf down <br />Old Crystal Bay Road to the Orono pump station. <br />3. Garden Lane - private developer extension of gravity <br />sewer laterals to serve 10-20 new units within the MUSA. <br />Expected construction year: 1995. <br />4. Baldur Park - private developer extension of gravity <br />sewer lateral service to serve four new units within the <br />liOSA. Expected construction year: 1993. <br />5. Existing individual system improvements - the on-site <br />management program is expected to continue enforcing major <br />improvements to, or replacement of, 15-20 existing on-site <br />systems each year for the next 10 years. <br />■ <br />■ <br />r
