The community should submit Instead a statement to the <br />Council certi^ing that the community's plan or expectations for future <br />development meet all of these conditions. If the conditions change, an <br />Mendmeut should be filed at that time. Some of the conditions listed mav not <br />0% applicable to your coBBunlCy, <br />1. the comnunity agrees with the Council's population, household and <br />employment forecasts for 1990 and 2000, <br />2. the community is in agreement with the Council's forecasts for sewered <br />population, housing, employment and wastewater flows for 1990, 7O00 and 2010, <br />3. no increase is planned In the community's projected wastew^.er flows for <br />each metropolitan interceptor from those stated in the communiev s current <br />Council-approved sewer element. <br />II-3
