All existing hardcover scheduled for <br />removal as a condition of this resolution must be removed <br />and inspected prior to recommencement of construction. <br />The garage roof shall be reconstructed with the peak running <br />in an east-west direction, to direct runoff onto applicant’s <br />property rather than onto the neighboring property. <br />Prior to recommencement of construction, applicant shall <br />provide the building inspector with suitable construction <br />plans conforming to the conditions of this resolution, and <br />shall obtain the appropriate permit for such construction. <br />In addition to the normal building permit fee, applicant <br />shall pay the after-the-fact investigation fee for the <br />building permit because construction was commenced prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />Applicant shall pay the after-the-fact investigation fee for <br />the zoning application because construction was commenced <br />without the proper variance approvals being obtained. <br />Applicant shall remove the 8'x32' excess slab prior to <br />commencement of construction, and shall take whatever <br />measures are required by the Inspections Department in order <br />to make the remaining slab viable for supporting the <br />proposed garage. <br />Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by application for a building permit within one <br />year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (November 12, 1992). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned app] Leant has read, understood and hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of <br />herself, her heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Page 5 of 7
