A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OP <br />KELLY 2ND ADDITION <br />APPLICATION NO. 1573 <br />NHBRBASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota? and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City? and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council has considered the application for a <br />Class III subdivision of a 3 lot plat by Carol J. Kelly and James Massey, <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers")? <br />WHEREAS# the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br />the LR—lC lakeshore residential zoning district finding that each lot is <br />* size and configuration that will allow the continued use of Lots 1 and <br />^ for single family residential use without the need of any vailances and <br />Lot 2 to be fully developed without the need of any variances? and <br />WHEREAS# the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City, including; <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2869. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />3.Subdividers have completed the realignment of the drainage ditch <br />along the shared lot lines of Lots 2 and 3. Drainage easements <br />have been granted over the realigned drainage ditch on the plat. <br />4, Applicant has completed the rer.ioval of 398 s.f. of existing <br />hardcover on Lot 1. <br />5.Payment to the City of a Par)c Dedication Fee in the amount of <br />$5#760.00. <br />6. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br />in the amount of $150.00. <br />WOW# THEREFORE# BE IT RESOLVED# that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of Kelly 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />f-
