Alternative Two - m.iximi/,cs site for residential development. <br />- Restricted by 150 ’ wetland setback for scwer/unscwcred. <br />- Zoning Restrictions, currently zemed for 2 acre lots. <br />To maximize residential development rezone to R-IA <br />standards = 8 - one acre lots. <br />- Marsh/Wetland Ownership <br />3. Alternative Three - combination of park & residential development. <br />- Maintain curamt zoning .standards. 2 acre lots. <br />- Public Access to homes & trail. <br />- Parking pnwided for trail users. 10-12 cars. <br />- Possible trail parking lot could be located in MWC^' Lift <br />Station pmperty if MWCC fence is moved toward pump house <br />- Future park development on nonhem 3.1 acres with public <br />access to the north. <br />- Maintain Wethuul/Nature Reserve.
