9 <br />J <br />WHEREAS,pursuant to the above,conferences and communi- <br />cations with the Village Councils of Mound and Spring Park <br />have been carried on relative to joint construction of sew- <br />age facilities, and <br />WHEREAS it is deemed that further study is desirable <br />before determining a specific site for a sewage treatment <br />plant, and <br />WHEREAS certain portions of the collector system may be <br />built regardless of the final location of the sewage treat- <br />ment plant, and said portions can conveniently be built now <br />for later attachment by trunk and interceptor lines to the <br />sewage treatment plant wherever located <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Orono as follows; <br />1. The sewer apputtenances contained in -proposal #2 set <br />forth in said notice of public hearing,but riot the sewage <br />treatment plant,are hereby ordered to be made. The appurte- <br />nances to be made are hereby declared to consist of the fol- <br />lowing sewage collection facilities: <br />63 TS 1 Trunk sewer on County Road ## 51 from Countir <br />Road # 84 to County Road x#19 <br />63 TS 2 Trunk sewer on County Road x#19 from the termi- <br />nus of 63 TS 1 to Togo Road <br />63 LS 1 Lateral sewer on County Road x#19 from Toko Road <br />to County Road x#15 <br />63 LS 2 Lateral sewer service on County.Road #15 from <br />.County Road f# 19 to Dunwoody Avenue <br />63 TLS 1 Trunk lateral sewer service along routes of <br />63 TS 1 and 63 TS 2 <br />-Together with such other sewage collection facilities <br />as proper engineering may require to provide such sewer, <br />service. <br />The sewage collection facilities above described shall <br />be referred to collectively as "1963 Sewer Improvement <br />No.l". <br />2. William T. Mills,Village Engineer, is designated- <br />as <br />esignatedas the consulting engineer for said improvement and is <br />hereby directed to prepare detail plans and specifica- <br />tions thereof. <br />. 3. The Village Engineer is further directed to make <br />preliminary engineering studies and reports which shall <br />enable the Village Council to determine: <br />
