SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE NO. 291 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE UPDATING THE CITY CODE CONCERNING <br />ALCOHOL OPERATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota approved updates to articles of the city <br />code of ordinances, Title IV, Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34 (c) and (d) to clarify when <br />sales of alcoholic beverages are prohibited; and amends Section 35-55 to clarify what <br />conduct is prohibited at a licensed premises.
