Drainfield siting will be difficult on many lots in this development due to small lot <br />sizes and steeply sloping topography. Please refer to the Planning Commission and exhibits for <br />further information. <br />planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of this application provided that no <br />additional variances will be required for the construction of the residence. The motion passed <br />with the vote 5-For, 0-Against. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and <br />conditions of the Planning Commission recommendation.
