I CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3188 <br />4. Hardcover in the 250-500’ zcne is approved at a level of <br />41.1%. All existing and proposed hardcover approved with <br />property are placed on notice that hardcover shall not be <br />increased above the currently approved level and any <br />proposed improvements of this property that <br />additional hardcover must be approved by the ^1^^* <br />approval may result in a requirement ^ <br />equivalent or greater removals of existing hardcover. ^11 <br />existing hardcover scheduled for removal as a condition <br />this resolution must be removed within 30 days of the date <br />of this resolution. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive o^'ly <br />exercised by application for a building "f <br />year of the date of Council approval, or ^^®^.sP®®ttl <br />conditions of this resolution will expire on that date <br />(October 12, 1993). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ^®^®* <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a viola-irn <br />of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />7.
