1 REVISOR <br />6120.2600 POLICY. <br />6120.2600 <br />The uncontrolled use of shorelands adversely atects the public health, safety, and <br />general welfare by contributing to pollution of public waters and by impairing the local <br />tax base. In furtherance of the policies declared in Minnesota Statutes, section 84.083, <br />and chapters 103A, 10313, 103E to 1036, 115, 116, 394, 396, and 462, the commissioner <br />provides the following minimum standards and criteria for the subdivision, use. and <br />deN•elopment of the shorelands of public Avaters.
