The parking <br />layout as proposed on the amended plan has been approved by the engineer. Gustafson asks that <br />concrete curb and gutter be installed along the perimeter of the parking lot adjacent to the <br />building. If a raised conc ete s:dewalK is proposed this will also function as a curb line. The <br />four stripeci parking spaces along the west side of the property should have a precast concrete <br />bumper curb installed at the front.
