Wayzata Blvd., Suite 160 <br />Wayzata, MN 55391-1836 <br />RE: Amendment of License Conditions Relating to Off-Lake Storage <br />Dear Gene: <br />At its last meeting the Board requested that staff provide the Board vdth a proposed <br />list of conditions which might be imposed upon a marina operator, and which wouia <br />faciUtate enforcement by LMCD staff of the code provisions relating to off-lake <br />storage. <br />First, I should note the procedure related to the imposition of such contUtions. <br />Under LMCD Code Section 2.03, subd. 3, the Board may impose conditions for the <br />Issuance of a Ucense for a multiple dock, mooring area, coi^er^ dock, or a <br />launching ramp. Under Subd. 6 of the same section, a violation of any condition <br />imposed by the Board is a violation of the Code and is grounds for revocation, <br />su^ension or modification of the conditions following the hearing procedures <br />described in Section 1.06, subd. 9. <br />f ,< <br />by Subdivision 7 of Section 2.03. <br />The procedure for changine the license conditions in the case of a Ucense <br />however, is somewhat different.
