Lake Access Task Force Facilitator Agreement Approval <br />Carlson called attention to the last paragraph of the com­ <br />mittee report which recommends approval of the ' <br />facilitator Don Buckhout with an hourly rate of $-5/hour oi <br />services through 1992 and $30/hour fer 1993 through the contract <br />period of 6/30/93* with facilitating at subcommittees limited to <br />resolving sensitive issues.
