Hurr seconded, to adopt An Ordinance <br />Relating to the Effect on Licenses of Failure to Construct li <br />censed Docks within a Specified Time; Amending LMCD Cotic Section <br />2.05. as amended by committee, waiving the second and third <br />readings and ordering publication. <br />VOTF.: Motion carrieil. Rascop ab.;taining because of his involve <br />ment in the ULMYC litigation. <br />D. Length Variances and Dock Lengths for Docks <br />The Hoard received a draft ordinance amending LMCD Code <br />Sect. 1.07. Subd. 3. relating to length variances and Sect. 2.01. <br />Subd. 2 relating to dock lengths. Dabcock noted a typographical <br />error in the fourth line of Section 2 which will be corrected. <br />MOTION: Habcock moved, .lohnstone seconded, to adopt An Ordinance <br />Relating to length Variances and Dock Lengths for Docks oti Lake <br />Minnetonka Amending Lake Minttetonka Conservation District Code of <br />Ordinance Section 1.07. Subdivision 3 and Section 2.01. Subdivi <br />sion 2. waiving the third reading and ordering publication. <br />VOTE: Motion carried Rascop voting nay. <br />E. Multiple Dock Licenses <br />1.
